Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How orders ship

WhiskerWoof partners with trusted brands like West Paw, SodaPup, KONG, HEST, and American Dog. Your items ship directly from the brand that makes them, so you get fresh stock straight from the source.

If your order includes products from more than one brand, they will arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location, carrier, and season.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, email us at austenbaker686@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
